»AboutPacific Ridge Homes
Pacific Ridge Homes is a place where the spirit of family, commitment, and honesty has transformed a small family-owned construction company, into a leading Puget Sound area home builder. Pacific Ridge Homes was founded in 2000, by four couples. Originally named Family Quality Construction, Pacific Ridge Homes built 16 new homes in their first year, and in the process, gained valuable experience about what a homebuilder could offer. With a focus on creating homes suited to individual lifestyle, and a willingness to listen to customer needs, Pacific Ridge Homes quickly became known as the builder of quality and choice. Today, Pacific Ridge Homes has built over 1,000 homes throughout the Puget Sound region in conjunction with a myriad of partners, vendors, and sub-contractors. While the Pacific Ridge Homes steadily grown, our values remain the same. Honesty, integrity, loyalty, commitment to the customer, and a spirit of family - is the heart of who we are.
- We value diversity, and the freedom to live in a way that honors our individual lifestyles. With 36 floor plans - and more in development every day - we live our mission to provide affordable, quality-built homes that respect the way you wish to live. We're proud to be your builder of choice.
- It's not just the little things that make a difference. It's everything. From concrete, to framing, roofing, windows and doors, appliances, to the final coat of paint - we're committed to providing you with a quality home you'll be proud to own. Every step of the way, we maintain a watchful eye, and work hard to insure that your home is built with the best materials, workmanship, and craftsmanship in the industry. You have our personal promise to build it right.
- Pacific Ridge Homes are meant to last the test of time. If you plan on staying for a lifetime, or only a few years - your Pacific Ridge home will provide you with years of carefree and comfortable living. We back up our work with an exceptional warranty, and our respectful, prompt customer service is a direct result of the personal integrity of each person on the Pacific Ridge Homes team.
We're in the business of providing for others. Building homes where families will find shelter, safety, love and laughter. And the very talents that make us good at our work make us good community partners too. Caring for people, and the neighborhoods that we work and live in, is something we do every day. We support organizations that directly impact and help the neighborhoods and communities in which we build - providing value not only to our customers, but to their neighbors too.
Pacific Ridge Homes has donated over $500,000, and many hours of volunteer time to community organizations and causes that matter. We're as much a part of our local community as the people who buy our homes - and we're happy about that.
We provide on-going support to the following organizations.
